Electric shakers available as turnkey system
MPI’s patented M-Series electric shaker line is designed to operate without the need for air or lubrication. Quiet, maintenance-free operation helps make the line versatile and affordable for part transferring, the manufacturer reports.
The electric shakers feature an AC brushless motor and run from a standard 110-V outlet. They leave the factory floor ready to fit almost all press bed T-slot configurations, metric or standard. The shakers run at a factory-set fixed speed. Items that can be tampered with and can slow production, such as buttons, dials, and switches, have been eliminated.
The electric shakers are available as a turnkey system that includes aluminum extrusion cross bars, T-slot motor mount, metric-/standard-sized T-slot mounting bars, and all mounting hardware. Rack-and-pinion systems also are available that allow the shakers to handle uneven or offset pan loads without damage.
