Piab’s Kenos KVG vacuum gripper uses foam pad or suction cups

Piab’s Kenos® KVG series of vacuum grippers has been extended to include the option of using suction cups instead of the technical foam pads offered as standard. The vacuum grippers now can be configured with suction cups from the company’s DURAFLEX® BX and Value Line® series.

The grippers use air-driven, multistage COAX® technology to grip, lift, and handle objects. Standard models use a technical foam pad that molds itself around objects to provide a strong grip regardless of shape or dimensions. The suction cups can help with lifting objects with surfaces that are wet or oily.
