ROEQ TMS-C1500 top module provides payload boost for autonomous mobile robots

ROEQ has introduced the TMS-C1500 top module, which boosts the payload capabilities of autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) from Mobile Industrial Robots. Using the top module, an MiR1000 or MiR1350 AMR can handle payloads up to 1,500 kg. It also allows an MiR500 or MiR600 AMR to be deployed in applications with payloads of up to 800 kg.

Eliminating the need for a docking station, the top module can pick up and drop off the shelf cart in free space and with precision. This helps ensure that the AMR is never left idling, as it can simply drop off the cart and immediately go and pick up a new one.
