V310 upgrade from Voortman delivers unattended plate processing, including milling

Voortman Steel Machinery has introduced an upgrade of the V310, a machine that can drill, cut, mark, tap, and mill in one run and at one station. It offers fully automated or unattended plate processing, including milling small or large slotted holes where cutting is not an option or a variety of shapes with a range of milling depths.

A dashboard shows the operator when to be at the machine for manual intervention; otherwise, the machine runs unattended, and the operator is free to work in other areas of the shop.
