Gold Series X-Flo from Camfil protects operators from plasma cutting fumes, smoke

Camfil APC has introduced the Gold Series X-Flo (GSX) system for collecting and containing the fumes generated by plasma cutting tables. It is used in conjunction with a downdraft table to capture fumes at their source.

The modular system processes fumes while maintaining a low pressure drop. It is designed for effective pulse cleaning while minimizing compressed air and energy usage. The unit can achieve efficiencies as high as MERV 15 using filter cartridges with HemiPleat® eXtreme nanofiber media, says the company.
