Kalamazoo Machine Tool’s C316 cold saw produces clean edges
The Kalamazoo Machine Tool C316 series vertical column cold saw, with infinitely variable speeds from 17 to 33 RPM, enables the operator to produce clean edges on the stock being cut. It can operate in a conventional 90-degree cutoff mode or swiveled to any angle up to 45 degrees left or 60 degrees right for miter sawing.
The saw is available in a completely manual model or a manual model with a quick-clamping air vise.
It features a heavy-duty, precision-ground saw bed; heavy-duty drive and TEFC motors; enclosed transmission; full coolant system; full blade guarding that’s easy to remove; and a powered rotary brush cleaner to eliminate plugging and loading that can cause premature blade failure.
