FlexArm pneumatic tapping package is portable, works without air

FlexArm Inc. has introduced a mobile tapping package that allows operators to tap holes wherever needed in the shop. . This package includes the GH-18-1 tapping arm with a tap capacity of #6 to 5/8 in., a reach from 17 to 72 in., variable speed from 100 to 420 RPM, 360-degree movement, and a semiautomatic tap lubricator.

With a caster cart, power pack, tap stand, and five tap holders, this hydraulic tool can be used wherever 110 V is available, with no air needed. The tapping arm has a tap breakage rate of 1 per 3,000 holes to help reduce setup time and scrap rates.
