TheSlagger dust extraction table from Kemper includes slag discharge system

TheSlagger dust extraction table from Kemper helps reduce downtime for automated cutting processes. During the cutting process, the system captures large quantities of cutting dust directly at the source. As it is divided into individual segments, the system extracts dust only in those places where the cutting is taking place, not along the entire table, to help reduce energy costs.

The patented, integrated slag discharge system moves underneath the material support with a rack-and-pinion drive across the entire length of the table, collecting slag and small parts before the shield. At the end of the table, the system discharges this directly into a stand-alone container, which can be emptied in a few minutes while cutting continues.

The table protects workers by keeping hazardous substances out of the ambient air and ensuring workers do not touch hazardous substances while cleaning. Fine dust no longer settles on nearby machinery, which means that the extraction system also contributes to the service life of the machines.
