Vortec Air Flow Amplifiers extract dust, fumes

Vortec offers Air Flow Amplifiers that extract smoke, fumes, and debris in applications such as welding, brazing, and soldering. They have no moving parts to wear out or break down.

The high-flow, bladeless blowers take ordinary compressed air and amplify it up to 60-fold in unducted applications (12- to 20-fold amplification in ducted applications). Airflow and output are adjustable. With no electrical requirements, they can be mounted wherever there is compressed air.

Flow rates are 32 to 2,300 SCFM. Aluminum housings are standard, with stainless steel available for aggressive environments.
