Blade Serpent has introduced the Hellbender™ bimetal general-purpose metal cutting band saw blade. It cuts anything from aluminum to structural steel, delivering a smooth finish on solid and heavy-walled structures.

The blade’s design helps increase durability at peak production speeds while reducing noise and vibration and minimizing band breaks. An alloy steel backing strip helps increase fatigue life, while the variable-pitch teeth handle a variety of cross-sectional sizes.

The blade comes in variable or fixed teeth per inch and a variety of lengths and thicknesses.
