1,250-degrees-F, horizontal airflow cabinet oven from Grieve used for heat treating

Grieve has built a 1,250-degrees-F, horizontal airflow cabinet oven used for heat treating at the customer’s facility. With workspace dimensions of 38 by 38 by 38 in., it has 12-in.-thick insulated walls comprising 2 in. of 2,300-degrees-F ceramic blanket and 10 in. of 10 lb./cu. ft. density rockwool.

Features include an aluminized steel exterior, 16-ga. stainless steel interior, 325-CFM powered forced exhauster, inner and outer door gaskets, inner gasket seals directly against the door plug, outer gasket seals directly against the front face of the oven, and safety equipment.
