ABB’s CP600-Pro multitouch control panel provides HMI for challenging installations

ABB has introduced the CP600-Pro control panel platform, designed for applications requiring true glass touchscreens for clear information display and simplified operation.

The unit operates within an environmental temperature range of -4 to 140 degrees F. The strong aluminum front frames help ensure IP66 protection. The panels are available in 5-, 7-, 10.1-, 15.6-, and 21.5-in. screen sizes. Three Ethernet interfaces, one with 10/100/1,000 Mbit, support up to three networks.

With an OPC UA server and client protocol, the unit is prepared for TSN connectivity. A serial port simplifies integration of products without network interfaces, and USB ports and SD cards facilitate backups and system updates.
