Back-blow air nozzle cleans tiny IDs

Exair’s new model 1004SS, an M4 NPT back-blow air nozzle, has been designed to deliver small, effective airflow for blowing debris and liquids from small pipe IDs, channel, bores, holes, and internal threads.

The 360-degree airflow clears out coolant, chips, and light oils. The nozzle prevents blowing chips farther into a part, tube, or pipe and eliminates safety hazards created by blowing debris out the far end of a pipe or tube.

Manufactured with a small profile, the nozzle has a thread of M4 x 0.5. It fits diameters from ¼ to 1 in.
