Bosch Rexroth redesigns hydraulic linear drives with CytroForce

Bosch Rexroth has introduced the CytroForce hydraulic linear drive, a compact axis for power, movement, and positioning tasks in presses and machine tools. Comprising flow-optimized standard modules, the plug-and-produce system sets new benchmarks in terms of power density, energy efficiency, and quiet operation, the company states.

The CytroForce-M covers forces up to 1,200 kN, distances up to 1.0 m, and speeds up to 0.8 m/sec. The positioning accuracy is 10 µm, and the repetition accuracy is 5 µm.

With the help of a service kit, nonspecialist service technicians can take fluid samples for laboratory analyses. The refilling process also does not require any specific expertise.
