ConSep 2000-25 separation technology from Mayfran cleans coolant to 25 micron nominal

Mayfran Intl. has introduced the ConSep® 2000-25, a new separation technology that cleans coolant to 25 micron nominal, cutting in half the 50 micron achievable by previous ConSep technology.

This technology can handle most chip types and materials, including difficult strings and turnings. It features a self-cleaning drum and is compatible with high machine flow rates.

It is available in new machines and can be retrofitted onto existing ConSep 2000 machines.
