Device holds odd-shaped steel workpieces in position for tack welding

Strong Hand Tools® has introduced the MagTab Jumbo for holding tabs, gussets, steel plates, and odd-shaped pieces of steel in position for tack welding.

The adjustable, magnetic V-pad base holds securely on flat, round, or angled surfaces, allowing for a tack welding setup of parts at any point, parallel or perpendicular to the substructure surface. The device also can be used to set up light-duty, three-sided assemblies.

Linear adjustment of the bracket on the base allows precise location of the workpiece on the work surface.
