Agtos offers a flexible drum blast machine for blasting small, delicate components. According to the company, parts are processed with optimum circulation, without jamming, and no workpieces are displaced or damaged. The machine also provides defined blasting results and prevents interruptions in the production process, the manufacturer says.

The drum begins in the loading position. Before the blasting process starts, the machine closes and the drum swivels into a suitable blasting position in front of the turbine. At the same time, it rotates around its own axis. The blasting process starts and continues until all workpieces are well mixed and completely blasted.
