Dust collector’s nanofiber media offers high efficiency

Clarcor Industrial Air offers the DustHog® Plug-n-Play cartridge dust collector for use in welding, robotic weld cell, plasma cutting, and laser cutting applications.

Featuring a touchscreen controller, the unit comes with an Auto Flow option that measures airflow and adjusts the fan speed automatically to maintain a specified target airflow as the process or filter pressure drop changes.

The dust collector is powered with new ProTura DH nanofiber filter media that can capture respirable, submicron particulate. The MERV-15 filters feature surface-loading technology that helps reduce compressed air consumption during filter cleaning.
