FastMaint CMMS software from SMGlobal helps schedule preventive, corrective maintenance
SMGlobal has released FastMaint CMMS v.10, a computerized maintenance management software program for equipment and facilities maintenance. It lets maintenance managers schedule preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance work, send work orders to the maintenance staff on their mobile phones, receive feedback from the maintenance workers, and track the progress of all outstanding and completed jobs. The software can be used for on-site maintenance or field service management.
New features include cloning before purchases (useful to create blanket requests or reorder the same items), enhanced reports, improved work request management, and support for smartphones in the Web/Cloud editions.
Five editions are available. The Basic and Standard editions are designed for enterprises with a single user managing the maintenance process. The Professional and Web editions support multiple users. The Cloud edition is the Web edition hosted in the cloud.
