Filter removes contaminants to 0.01 micron

The .01 Micron SuperStar filter from Walmec North America is designed to remove vapors and contaminants to 0.01 micron, resulting in clean, dry, compressed air.

The four-stage filtration system, which offers flows of 50, 75, and 100 SCFM, can handle pressure ratings up to 250 PSI. It performs best when installed at or near the point of use.

The first- and second-stage filters remove moisture, liquids, dust, rust, and scale to 5 microns. An automatic float drain under the second-stage filter opens and expels all collected liquids whenever an ounce or more is present. It is fully automatic with no continuous air loss. The third and fourth stages remove remaining particles down to 0.01 micron and absorb any remaining vapors.
