Large-format dispensing system offered

The RD 2500 large-format dispensing table from Dispense Works Inc. combines a workbench with a built-in, precision, overhead servo XYZ gantry system. It is accessible from the front, sides, and top, requiring less operator reach to the center of the table.

The T-slot table base plate has 25 full-length slots to provide ample fixturing possibilities for most applications. Under this table surface, the machine base is fabricated from steel tubing and then is ground to a specified flatness.

This modular design provides a suitable foundation for mounting nearly any type of top surface, including T-slot tables, vacuum tables, panel conveyors, and custom plates.

The standard machine, which can travel at more than 32 IPS, is available in travels of 100 by 50 in. and 50 by 50 in.
