Maintenance-free casters keep grease in, contaminants out

Hamilton Caster has introduced the Spinfinity™ line of heavy-duty, maintenance-free casters. The casters’ swivel, kingpinless construction features a completely enclosed, CNC-machined, large internal seal made from nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) inside the swivel assembly. With no outside exposure, the swivel assembly is well-suited to keep grease in and contaminants out.
The casters are made with extra-thick forgings. The top plate and inner raceway are one forged steel piece, not a weldment; the raceways are CNC-machined and then hardened to a uniform depth.
The casters are offered in three series. The ZFWH series, which features 2-in.-wide wheels and a 4-in. by 5-in. mounting plate, is rated up to 2,500 lbs. per caster. The ZFHS series also has 2-in.-wide wheels, but with a 4 1/2 –in. by 6 1/4-in. mounting plate, and it carries up to 3,000 lbs. per caster. The ZFFM series has 3-in.-wide wheels with the same mounting plate as the ZFHS. It is rated up to 3,200 lbs. per caster.
All are finished in red crimson and have double-sealed, precision ball bearings.
