Nano-Purification Solutions’ ultrahigh-purity nitrogen gas generation skids designed for fabrication, laser applications

From initial concept and CAD to design to modular skid packaging, Nano-Purification Solutions can produce complete nitrogen generation systems. Using the nano GEN2 i-4.0 line of nitrogen gas generators, the company’s packaged engineered systems provide a variety of flow rates and purities from 95% to 99.999%. The company works with users to determine their nitrogen flow rate, pressure, and purity needs so the final system performs optimally and meets or exceeds requirements.

Skid packages can be produced with or without a feed air compressor of the user’s choice. All systems include appropriate pretreatment piped with necessary tanks, and mid- or high-pressure nitrogen systems include booster compressor with inlet buffer and mid- or high-pressure final N2 storage.
