Parts washer’s cleaning chamber can be extended

MecWash Systems has introduced the Maxi, a fully automatic, highly customizable, self-contained aqueous cleaning system that meets aerospace, automotive, and hydraulic industry cleanliness standards.

Suitable for cleaning large, individual components or small components with high volumes, the unit has a cleaning chamber that measures 24 by 24 by 32 in. The chamber can be extended to 40 in. long, providing 23,040 cu. in. of cleaning volume per cleaning cycle.

The single-chamber rotational cleaning system features an ultrasonic wash and rinse, immersion wash and rinse, spray wash and rinse, hot air dry, and vacuum dry for complex components. The aqueous technology cleans without solvents or emissions, handling components with complex geometries, components that require special fixturing, and standard-size baskets that can hold high volumes of components per cleaning cycle.
