Customized enclosure designed for CMM

Hexagon Mfg. Intelligence has released a customized protective enclosure for the Tigo SF shop floor CMM. The Tibox protects CMMs from dust, airborne pollutants, and oil particle suspension in extreme workshop conditions.

The enclosure protects the machine while preserving the accessibility afforded by the CMM’s cantilever design and without increasing the machine footprint significantly. Transparent panels allow visual checks from every direction, while openings on three sides give users full access to the measurement volume.
