Waterjet system features new cutting head for beveling, taper control

Flow Intl. Corp. has released the Mach 200, a new waterjet system that the company says is designed for practicality and flexibility. It features the manufacturer’s waterjet technology, which is backed by FlowCare service and support. The machine is engineered to meet waterjet applications from stone to carbon fiber.

The system features the new Pivot+™ waterjet cutting head for bevel cutting and taper control. The modern electrical system improves reliability of the overall system, says the company. The system can be tailored to customer requirements. Suitable for a variety of users, the machine offers open-table, three-sided ease of access for loading and unloading of materials. Various pump technologies and cutting heads are available. All pump models are connected via EtherCAT to help enhance diagnostics and upgradeability.
