Associated Equipment Co. acquires American Weldquip
Associated Equipment Co. has purchased American Weldquip, Sharon Center, Ohio, a manufacturer of GMAW guns, robotic torches, and related accessories.
Associated Equipment Co. is the parent company of Profax, Pearland, Texas, a manufacturer of torches for GMAW, GTAW, FCAW, SAW, and arc gouging, as well as positioning equipment and other welding products. Operations, sales, and management for American Weldquip will remain in Ohio.
