Fronius USA names two area sales managers

Fronius USA LLC, a manufacturer of welding equipment based in Portage, Ind., has hired two area sales managers for the Southeast sales team.

Joe Moore serves customers in Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina. He has nearly three decades of experience in welding and cutting with end users, distributors, and manufacturers. He was an architectural engineering technology major at Southern College of Technology and studied welding technology and electrical/electronics. Moore has earned AWS CWI and CWE certifications.

Travis Blackwell’s territory is North Carolina, Virginia, and West Virginia. He has held positions including factory technician, field service engineer, training and demonstration manager, plasma cutting R&D engineer, East Coast sales manager, and key accounts service manager. The last 12 years at his former company were focused primarily on plasma, waterjet, oxyfuel, and laser cutting systems and subarc, laser hybrid, and friction stir welding.
