Translas enters Canadian market
European company Translas, a producer of welding guns and fume extraction guns, has entered the Canadian market with Translas Canada Industries Ltd., located in Woodstock, Ont. Applications for its products include mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum manual and robotic GMAW and GTAW.
Duncan Beaumont serves as executive director for the new location. He has more than 15 years of project management, sales, and leadership experience in the Canadian industrial sector and more than eight years in the welding, fabrication, and fume extraction industry.
