DataSMART automatic switchover manifold system from Harris Products uses data to maximize efficiency

Harris Products Group has introduced DataSMART, a fully automatic switchover manifold system with monitoring, tracking, and reporting capabilities that can control and maximize gas use and expenses. Its proprietary software provides users with data and analytical insights to help improve efficiencies and reduce costs.

The system is designed for a variety of gases and for applications from low pressure (analytical labs) to high pressure (laser cutting, welding). It works with atmospheric gases and some flammable gases, sourced from bulk, cylinder, or liquid dewars.

The system keeps the gas flowing by keeping the pressure constant when the gas supply must be switched from a primary to a reserve cylinder.
