Miller Electric’s MDX GMAW guns designed for operator comfort

Miller Electric Mfg. LLC has introduced its new MDX™ series GMAW guns. Designed for operator comfort, the guns feature an ergonomic handle with a rubber overmolding for improved grip, as well as a ball-and-socket handle swivel to help reduce fatigue.

AccuLock series consumables provide a flawless wire feed path, according to the company. The front-loading liner locks in place without set screws and aligns concentrically with both the contact tip and power pin. Errorproof liner trimming requires no measuring and helps reduce burnbacks, birdnesting, and erratic arc caused by liners that are too short, the manufacturer reports.
