Modular, manual GTAW torches from Fronius offer numerous customizing options

Fronius has introduced modular torches for manual GTAW that can be customized to suit the welder’s personal preferences and the task at hand. Users can choose from a large or small handle and a variety of gas nozzles, torch angles, and torch body lengths. They can have one control to set the amperage or a JobMaster display that can be used to access the preprogrammed settings.

The hosepack for devices fits every torch body. The torch body can be changed without tools using the Multilock system. For both gas-cooled and water-cooled systems with the torch empty function, the torch body can be changed while the hosepack is still connected.

The ergonomic handles are available with three interchangeable control elements: an up-down rocker switch, JobMaster display, or rotatable potentiometer.
