3M Silver grinding wheels designed to last longer

3M™ Silver depressed-center grinding wheels are a new class of right-angle abrasives. The wheels use the company’s precision-shaped grains, which are formed into sharp peaks to slice through metal. According to the company, the grains allow the abrasive to cut cooler and faster and last longer.

The grinding wheels are suitable for weld removal, beveling, and edge chamfering.

The company also will feature its new Silver cutoff wheels, which also use precision-shaped grain technology to cut through all types of ferrous metals, stainless steels, and alloy steels.
