Walter Surface Technologies’ ErgoFlex abrasive disc blends welds on flat, curved surfaces

Walter Surface Technologies has unveiled the ErgoFlex™ abrasive disc. Combining a type-29 disc design and the company’s proprietary Cyclone™ technology, the disc is designed for extremely smooth weld blending on both flat and curved surfaces. With a 36-grit or higher abrasive grain blend, the disc removes material fast with minimal gouging risk, says the company.

Designed for heavy manufacturing, pipeline construction, and metal fabrication, the disc is suitable for grinding welded steel and stainless steel, heavy grinding, weld removal, and beveling.
