Kemper adds models to CleanAirTower line for small welding shops

Kemper has expanded its line of air pollution control products for small welding companies with sporadic welding and low levels of welding fumes.

The CleanAirTower SF 5000 and SF 9000 models are general ventilation systems with storage filters for use as supplements to source extraction. They offer extraction capacities of 5,000 and 9,000 cu. m. per hour, respectively. The systems use cloud connectivity on the Kemper Connect portal for monitoring of parameters from anywhere at any time.

Both systems use layer ventilation to capture welding fumes in a 360-degree radius at a height of 2.70 or 3.40 m respectively and separate even ultrafine dust particles to more than 99.9 percent.
