- Tube and Pipe Fabrication
The Wagner Companies, Milwaukee, recently promoted Justin Wesser to manager of quality services and Patrick Hutchinson to the new position of director of engineering services.
Wesser joined Wagner in 2004 as a manufacturing engineer, becoming production manager for the pipe department later that year. In his new position, he is responsible for the company's quality assurance efforts and continued oversight of the pipe bending department. Before joining Wagner, he spent six years as a manufacturing engineer with Milsco Mfg. Co. Wesser has experience in pressroom, robotic, and manual welding operations and has a degree in industrial engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
Hutchinson assumes responsibility for the customer-driven services of estimating and product/process engineering. He oversees the company's estimating manager, senior process engineer, process documentation technician, and team leaders for the tool and die operations. He also continues leadership of the company's Business Process Excellence team, which works to improve the integration of the estimating, engineering, and manufacturing functions. Hutchinson joined Wagner in 2001 as a quality systems engineer, and was named manager of quality assurance and tooling operations in 2005. He has a degree from Marquette University.
A manufacturer of handrail fittings and metal products for architectural and industrial applications, The Wagner Companies comprises R&B Wagner Inc. and The J.G. Braun Co.
