- Tube and Pipe Fabrication
HGG offers machines for pipe cutting, including the ProCutter 900, which handles pipe thicknesses up to 900 mm. The ProCutter 600 and new 900 both are available with oxyfuel, plasma, marking, and CAM interfaces.
The SPC 500-1200 chuck-type stationary pipe cutting machines process and cut a variety of materials, sizes, and wall thicknesses, making them suitable for all kinds of applications. They are available with oxyfuel, plasma, marking, and CAD/CAM interfaces.
The SPC 660-1200 RB stationary pipe cutting machines combine roller-bed automation, providing an uninterrupted material flow while controlling the rotation of the material with a floating chuck registering linear displacement.
The SPC 1500-3000 pipe cutting machines handle large pipe diameters and heavy weights. With thick-wall accuracy and perfect-fit™ technology, they cut precision round holes and eliminate the need for layout time, the company reports. Holes can be easily located, positioned, and cut accurately and at maximum speeds for all wall thicknesses, according to the manufacturer.
