Sintavia approved to additively manufacture flightworthy parts for Honeywell

Davie, Fla.-based Sintavia LLC, a Tier 1 metal additive manufacturer, has received internal approval to manufacture production parts for Honeywell Aerospace using the powder bed fusion process. According to Sintavia, it is the first company to do so.

Sintavia worked with Honeywell for more than 18 months as part of its supplier qualification.
