Dyze offers full line of accessories for extrusion-style 3D printers

Dyze Design supplies nozzles, hotends, extruders, sensors, and other accessories that control the supply and deposition of raw material used in extrusion-style additive manufacturing.

One such accessory is the company’s Typhoon, a high-flow, all-in-one extruder head specifically designed for large-scale industrial printers. The head extrudes 2.85-mm filament at a top speed of 200 mm^³/sec.—reportedly one of the highest flow rates in industry for filament of that diameter.

The extrusion head features two heat zones—top and bottom. Cold filament enters the top zone, which generates the heat to melt the polymer. The bottom zone precisely maintains the polymer’s temperature, which helps ensure an even flow of material.
