Since the early days of metal stamping, removing scrap from stamping dies and presses has caused many headaches. Because scrap is not the primary product companies produce, it receives less attention than the finished products coming off the press.
Compared to conventional laser processing machines, the OPTIPLEX Fiber significantly increases the productivity of thin worksheet cutting with impressive accuracy and cuts up to 0.875” in CRS. The laser is designed to process reflective materials with greater thicknesses and at greater speeds than its CO2 counterpart.
