Image Industries adds regional applications engineer

Image Industries, Huntley, Ill., has announced the addition of Elie Klachkin as regional applications engineer serving the northeastern states from Maine to Virginia.

In this newly created position, Klachkin helps clients develop products focusing on stud welding technology. He is responsible for regional design reviews, new application development, sales and post-sales training, and ongoing support to prospects and clients.

Klachkin previously worked at Instruments and Controls as a design engineer, Measurement Systems as a senior project engineer, and CTI Electronics as a national sales manager. He has a master's degree in management of engineering and a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Bridgeport.
