Chapco acquires Fastcorp Vending

Chapco Inc., Chester, Conn., has announced the acquisition of Fastcorp Vending, Danbury, Conn., a provider of technology that allows vending of different types of products, which include frozen and refrigerated products, snacks and beverages, and nontraditional vending items.

The acquisition gives Chapco an opportunity to extend its array of metal fabrication, contract manufacturing, assembly, and new product development capabilities.
