Pemamek receives welding automation award

Based on its recent analysis of the welding automation market, Frost & Sullivan, Mountain View, Calif., has recognized Pemamek Oy Ltd., Loimaa, Finland, with the 2013 Global Frost & Sullivan Award for Company of the Year.

The company, a provider of welding and production automation systems for various welding industries, was chosen based on its stable growth during the global downturn and its customer-centric business strategy, Frost & Sullivan reports.

Its products vary from complete turnkey factory deliveries to single robotized welding equipment, such as column and booms, roller beds, workpiece positioners and handling equipment, and the PEMA WeldControl line. About 90 percent of the company’s production lines are exported.
