Sertom opens North American customer support center

TSG North America LLC (The Sertom Group) has expanded its presence in the North American market by opening its newly expanded sales and service center in Roscoe, Ill.

The company provides Sertom machines for medium to heavy plate and structural fabrication applications. Equipment includes plate rolls; presses; and profile bending, flanging, and beveling machinery.

The customer support center serves as a resource for distributors and customers for hands-on training, spare parts, machine demonstrations, and engineering services. The company has added service and administrative staff for the new center.
