Taylor-Wharton announces leadership changes

Taylor-Wharton Intl., Mechanicsburg, Pa., has announced several executive leadership changes.

Stuart Jara has been promoted to president of the Taylor-Wharton Divisions for both cylinders and cryogenics. Jara brings senior management experience in the global industrial gases market to his new position.

Hoyt Fitzsimmons has been appointed to the position of vice president-business development of Taylor-Wharton Intl. In this position, Fitzsimmons is focusing initially on improving competitiveness for the company's large, high-pressure cylinder business. He also is developing business plans to expand the company's geographic and product line breadth for new cryogenic products that are scheduled for launch in 2009.

Mike Larsen has been named vice president and general manager of Taylor-Wharton Cylinders LLC. He is responsible for developing a new operational mode for the Harrisburg, Pa., large high-pressure cylinder facility. He also is responsible for all high-pressure and acetylene cylinder operations and all supply chain management associated with these businesses.

Ted Reilly has been appointed as vice president and general manager for American Welding & Tank LLC. He retains his responsibilities as vice president of sales as well.

Taylor-Wharton Intl. LLC comprises four complementary manufacturing and service businesses that together form a technology, service, and manufacturing network for gas applications involving pressure vessels and precision valves.
