eBay sales benefit metal industry scholarship fund

The Fabricators & Manufacturers Association Foundation (FMA Foundation) has announced that companies selling materials or equipment on eBay now may designate a percentage or all of the proceeds from an eBay auction directly to the FMA Foundation's scholarship fund. The fund awards scholarships to encourage college and trade school bound students to choose a career in manufacturing.

The program by eBay called Giving Works can be found through www.eBay.com. It requires sellers to register with eBay's charitable arm at www.missionfish.com.
