JWF Industries hires executives

JWF Industries, a Pennsylvania-based supplier of fabricated, machined, and powder-coated parts, has hired Ken Brocious as CFO and Jeff Baxendale as vice president of operations for the fabricating and machining divisions.

As CFO, Brocious oversees the financial operations for the company and its affiliates: Johnstown Machining, Laurel Automated Painting, Tube Laser Industries, and Atlantic Welders Inc. Previously Brocious was CEO of Balzers Thin Films. He has an M.B.A. from the University of Colorado, CPA certification, and 15 years' financial experience.

Baxendale previously worked for a manufacturing facility investment group and served as operations manager of Ford Motor Co. in Wayne, Mich. He has an M.B.A. from Eastern Michigan University.
