Weber Specialties forms new subsidiary
Weber Specialties Co., a manufacturer of precision metal stampings, tool and die, and assembled components, has formed Applied Coatings Solutions LLC, a new subsidiary located at 1830 Reed St., Kalamazoo, Mich.
The 18,000-sq.-ft.-subsidiary houses two powder coating lines, production welding, and finished assembly operations.
