MetoKote announces administrative promotions

Jon Barrett, global vice president and COO

MetoKote Corp., Lima, Ohio, a provider of coating equipment, application, and related management and support services, has promoted Jon Barrett to global vice president and chief operating officer (COO) and John Shaffer to global vice president of sales.

Barrett, who joined the company in 1983, most recently served as vice president, business development. In his new role, he manages business support services and oversees global operational management.

Shaffer joined the company in 2014, most recently serving as director, global sales. In his new role, he manages the commercial organization and oversees growth development in several key markets.
