Mazak Optonics names GM of customer service

Laser cutting system supplier Mazak Optonics Corp., Elgin, Ill., has appointed Mark Dilling as general manager of customer service. He is responsible for all issues related to customer satisfaction, including equipment installation, machine training, technical services, and parts delivery.

Dilling has 25 years of experience in various field-service roles with machine tools and metrology equipment in a variety of industries and applications.
